Payment
I accept payments only through Paypal, but you don’t need a Paypal account to make a purchase. To pay with a credit card, just select the “Continue” button above the credit card icons in your Paypal cart and fill out your info. Payments are due within the first three days. After the third day I’ll cancel the order and relist the item(s). If you’re having trouble making a purchase, please email me and I’ll try to help.

Shipping
I ship most small drawings flat and most larger drawings in tubes via first class mail. I usually mail orders once a week (most often on Thursdays). First class mail shipping times seem to vary a lot, especially with international orders, so please allow three weeks for domestic delivery and four weeks for international. If after that time your order is still M.I.A. let me know and we’ll figure it out. If you need to rush an order please email me and I’ll see what I can do.

Refunds & Exchanges
I accept returns if the items are shipped back to me as carefully as they were sent and if they arrive in the same condition. If they look good I will refund the price of the item (NOT including shipping charges).

If your item is lost in the mail I will refund your order and shipping charges. I will consider something lost if a month passes without delivery.

I do not accept exchanges. If you need to change your mind, please return your item and purchase a new piece as a separate order.

Commissions
I am very open to discussing custom orders. If you would like to commission a drawing or illustration, please get in touch.
